Description: Japanese style noodles "Shirasagi no ito Somen" NET WT.: 28.21 oz / SERVING ABOUT 8 INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, salt, water COOKING DIRECTION: 1) Put Somen in 10 cups of boiling water. 2) Boil for 2 minutes 30 seconds by loosening the Somen with chopsticks. (DO NOT add additional water.) 3) Take the Somen out quickly into a strainer and rinse it with cold water. 4) Put egg and spices, such as ginger, green onion, etc. in prepared Tsuyu (Soup base) and serve with Somen noodles.
