Bring it to boil and add the soba noodles and stir. 2) When water comes to a rapid boil decrease heat and continue to simmer for 6-7 minutes. To prevent noodles from sticking to the bottom of the pan, stir gently until the water returns to a rapid boil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Then remove water.
