INGREDIENTS: Black wheat flour, salt, water

COOKING DIRECTION:
1) Put 1 bundles(50g x 2) of noodle into boiled water and stir gently for about 4-5 minutes.
2) Adjust heater to avoid overflow boiled water.
3) Add noodles a few at a time to boiling water. To prevent noodles from sticking to the bottom of the pan, stir gently until the water returns to a rapid boil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Then remove water. After removing water, you can enjoy those noodles by adding "SOBA SAUCE"

Soba is a Japanese noodle made from buckwheat ("soba" means "buckwheat" and wheat flour, which gives it a dark brownish-gray color. It's a noodle of medium thickness that's used in a variety of Asian dishes.
