Description: Katsuo Udon Noodle

INGREDIENTS:
Noodle- Water, wheat flour, tapioca starch, gluten, salt, corn oil
Liquid soup - Soy sauce, bonito extract, anchovy extract, malt syrup, sugar, salt
Dried flake - Green onion, fried starch, red pepper powder, laver, dehydrated fish cake, roasted bonito flake

COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1) Put noodles, liquid soup in the bowl.
2) Pour hot water up to the line printed outside of bowl.
3) Heat for 3 minutes in the microwave.
4) Put the flakes and bonito, then mix, and serve.
