Ingredients :
Sugar, Salted Plum ( Plum, Salt ), Water, Rice Vinegar ( Contains Wheat ), Modified Corn Starch, Ginger, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Chili Pepper, Xanthan Gum ( Contains Wheat and Soybean ).

Description :
This sauce is made from preserved Chinese plums, quality ginger, and chilies. This is an excellent dipping sauce for roast ducks or any roasted meat dishes.

Serving Size 4 Cooking Method: Pan-Frying

Ingredients: Fish fillet 300 g [10 oz] [cut into pieces], Red bell pepper 1/2 [cut into pieces], Green bell pepper 1/2 [cut into pieces], Corn starch 1/2 cup for dusting

Marinade: Salt 1/2 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp

Sauce Mix: Plum Sauce 5 tbsp, Water 2 tbsp, Sugar 1 tbsp [optional]

Method
1. Mix fish fillet with marinade.
2. Dust fish fillet with corn starch. Pan-fry in 4-6 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.
3. Stir-fry bell peppers in 1 tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and fish fillet. Stir well until heated through.
