Description: Crushed Red Pepper (for Kimchi) NET WT.: 16 oz / SERVINGS ABOUT 1,814 INGREDIENTS: Red pepper HOW TO MAKE WHOLE KIMCHI *INGREDIENTS: Chinese Cabbage - 5 Head / Radish - 2 / Green Onion - 10 / Parsley - 1 Bundle Leaf Mustard - 1 Bundle / Crushed Garlic - 3 Tablespoon / Ginger - 2 Crushed Red Pepper - 16 Tablespoon / Shrimp Sauce - 3 Tablespoon / Salt - 2 Cup * DIRECTION 1) Cabbage should be cleaned and cut in half then marinate about 6 hours in saltwater. Marinated cabbage must be washed and completely drained of all saltwater. 2) Radish and green onion are to be cleaned then shredded. 3) Parsley and leaf mustard should be cleaned then cut in 2 inch long pieces. Ginger needs to be crushed. 4) Throughly mix the items (2) and (3) with redpepper then season with shrimp sauce and salt. 5) The mixture (4) should be evenly stuffed between the leaves of marinated half head of cabbage then stored in room temperature for a day to age. 6) Aged cabbage (Kimchi) should be refrigerated prior to serving.
