Directions: This dried seaweed is usable for salads, suno mono (vinegared dishes), miso soup, ramen and as garnishings served with sashimi (slices of raw fish), etc.
For soup such as miso soup or ramen: just put in a pot and boil well.
For salads, suno mono and garnishings served with sashimi: reconstitute it with water for about 5 minutes before use.
