Description: Peeled & Dried whole Pollack NET WT.: 2 oz / SERVINGS ABOUT 2 INGREDIENTS: Pollack COOKING DIRECTION: * Steamed Pollack 1) Cut pollack 2 inch length and rinse & soak in warm water for about 30 minutes. 2) Put mixed seasoning(minced garlic - 1/2 Ts, cutted green onion - 1Ts, sugar - 1ts, syrup - 2t, sesame oil - 1t, soy sauce - 2T, water - 1T, sesame - 1t) lay after layer of tendered pollack. 3) Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. * Pollack Soup 1) Stir-fry minced meat(4oz) and garlic(1/2 T) together in greased pan, pour water and boil. 2) Then put shred pollack(soaked in 2 eggs) and scallion(2T) and boil another 5 minutes. 3) Add red pepper powder to your taste.
