INGREDIETNS:
* Noodle - Enriched wheat flour(wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), partially hydrogenated palm oil, potato starch, salt, soy sauce, guar gum, sodium carbonate and pottassium carbonate.
* Soup Base - Salt, sugar, shrimp powder(shrimp extract, dextrin, shrimp powder, salt, monosodium glatamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, glycine), soy sauce powder with dextrin, monosodium glutamate, lactose, hydrolyzed plant protein(corn, soy bean, wheat), onion powder, ginger powder, leek-chips, disodium succinate, natural flavor, artificial flavor, caramel color, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate and citric acid

COOKING DIRECTION:
1) Ready 2 cups of boiling water. Add noodles, breaking up if desired. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2) Remove from heat. Stir in seasoning from soup base packet.
3) Try adding an egg, left-over meat and vegetables such as sliced green onions.

Tips: This Japanese ramen noodles absorb water fast, thus, you should not boil the ramen soup with noodles in it for more than a few minutes to maintain the optimum texture of ramen noodles and eliminate soggy ramen noodles that no one wants to eat.
