AMOUNT PER SERVING Calories 310 / Calories from Fat 150 INGREDIENTS: Enriched wheat flour(wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), partially hydrogenated palm oil, potato starch, dehydrated vegetables(corn, carrot, green pea), salt, soy sauce(water, wheat, soy benas, salt, sodium benzoate-preservative), monosodium glutamate, sugar, beef type flavor(water, hydrolyzed beef tissue broth, yeast extraction, hydrolyzed plant plant protein(corn, soy bean, wheat), lactose, soysauce powder with dextrin, ginger powder, onion powder, caramel color, alginic acid, white pepper, hydrolyzed plant protein(corn, soybean, wheat), non-fat dry milk, sodium carbonate, turmeric, natural flavor, disodium succinate, tricalcium phosphate, garlic powder, corn and sesame oil, potassium carbonate, disodium inocinate, disodium guanylate RECOMMENDED COOKING DIRECTION: 1) Fold back lid half way. Fill to inside line with boiling water. 2) Close lid securely and let stand for 3 minutes. 3) Remove lid, stir throughly and enjoy from cup. MICROWAVE DIRECTION: 1) Open lid halfway.
